Fixes include:

• UPD: "Caledos is building a new wallpaper for you" dialog now is WPF with and color effects
• UPD: Rewritten About Dialog using WPF
• UPD: glass effect on "current wallpaper" dialog (Vista premium only)
• BUG: Wizard dialog don't work properly with 120dpi screens
• BUG: Help's file first page shows an error
